To make our Flaky roll fudge we get a bar of our creamy handmade clotted cream fudge, then hand dip the bar into molten fudge and then rolled in toasted coconut flakes.
Ingredients: Sugar, toasted coconut flakes (45%), glucose syrup, full fat sweetened condensed milk (cows milk, sugar), vegetable oil, clotted cream (3%), butter, salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin.
Allergen Information: Contains cow's milk, soya, nuts. May contain sulphites. Contains no artificial colours or flavours. Made in a factory that uses nuts as an ingredient.
