When making our delicious Cornish fudge, we blend in biscuits and strawberries as the fudge cooks. We then enrobe the fudge in Belgium white chocolate and dust with strawberry dusting powder. A taste of Cornwall and is one is a must for your gift box.

White Chocolate contains: Sugar (46.5%), Cocoa Butter (29.5%), Whole Milk Powder (23.5%), Natural Vanilla Flavouring. White Chocolate contains minimum: Cocoa Solids (30%), Milk Solids (24%).
