This is a fantastic fudge packed with flavour of blueberries. We add bits of shortbread biscuits to our creamy vanilla fudge and then layer blueberry fudge on top containing whole blueberries which add a tartness that perfectly complements the sweetness of the fudge. One piece is never enough.
Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, White Chocolate (15%)(Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk powder, emulsifier: Soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Vegetable Oil (Palm), Sweetened Condensed Milk (Whole Milk, Sugar), Clotted Cream (Milk), Blueberries (1%), Digestive Biscuits (Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Sugar, Oatmeal, Whey Powder (Milk), Raising Agents: Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Salt, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Blueberry Flavouring, Colour: E163, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. White Chocolate contains minimum 24% Milk Solids.
